CISCOT with the support of GIZ are currently undergoing a series of capacity development training under the capacity development project(CUSP). It’s in this regard that a Strategic planning workshop by CUSP-GIZ was held at the Entebbe Imperial View Hotel (6th – 9th Sept) 2021.
A planning meeting which comprised membership ,secretariat and Board, was attended under the auspices of a taskforce for the draft development of the CISCOT strategic plan.
The planning meeting conducted a series of sessions i.e logic framework, vision, mission, values, strategic priorities and strategic objectives and overall goal, all this aimed at aligning and consolidation of the strategic plan
It is believed that the process will deliver a new strategic plan aligned to the current and future priorities of the development plan in the transport sector.
